Know Your Rights

Our union has a long history of fighting for fair treatment and better working conditions for all employees. We believe that every worker deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Knowing your rights is crucial when you are meeting with Human Resources or Management.  The presentations on this page help members know their rights when they file a workplace grievance, file an MCS appeal or are called in by HR for an investigation.

If you have questions regarding grievances, investigations or any workplace concerns, fill out and submit a member case/grievance form HERE.
